This past week was hard. Brent had worked 70 hours through the weekday and was gone the whole weekend. So my mom came to help us keep our minds off of it. Her coming was a surprise and I was so thankful. We sure did keep her hopping and she was such a good sport.
We had Pirate Night at church on Friday. This was for preschoolers to dress up like pirates and watch the new Veggie Tales movie "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything." The next day we went to a children's fall craft show called "Just Kids at Art." We were only there about 10 minutes when Bradley and Breanna both lost there balloons. Apparently they could not recover. A McDonald's picnic outside seemed to do the trick. Later that afternoon, we went to Chackbay, a town nearby. They were having their annual Gumbo Festival. There were lots of rides and plenty of Cajun food. Bradley and Breanna met two of their friends from church there, Levi and Liddy, and they had so much fun together. Finally, Sunday, our church had their 75th Anniversary Picnic. Whooo, thanks mom for coming and taking care of us!

Kelly you look like such a good mommy! Bradley and Breanna are lucky to have you. It is hard work keeping two little ones entertained but you make it look easy!
Girl, this is kick you in the pants hard. Please don't think that this is easy or that I have it together. I post some good stuff and some bad. God keeps me humble, know? (spanish dialect) ha!
